Waitperson
Must have a minimum of two years experience waiting tables. Should have a working knowledge of Italian food and wine. Must be able to be extremely personable while working at a fast pace. Must be able to multitask. Attention to detail and motivation to learn are required. A sense of humor is a plus.
Bartender
Must have a minimum of two years bar experience with an extensive knowledge of wine and spirits. Ideal candidate will have a strong background in Italian wines. Must know how to work a busy bar while making all guests feel welcome.
Food Runner
Must have at least one year experience in the food service industry. Someone who can interact with the kitchen, the waitstaff, and the guests concurrently is the ideal candidate. Must be highly organized. Will be responsible for carrying at least four plates at a time.
Busperson
Must have at least one-year experience bussing tables. Must be able to handle a very fast pace. Needs to be able to handle instructions from the floor and the kitchen staffs. Must be able to multitask.
