Kitchen Opportunities

Chef
  Must have a minimum of six years experience in Italian cuisine and two years kitchen management experience.
  We are looking for people with strong training skills, and a passion to continue learning about Italian cuisine. Background in food costs, inventory, restaurant P&L, and employment law is also necessary.

Sous Chef
  Must have a minimum of two years experience in Italian cuisine and one year of kitchen management experience.
  Must be a team player. Responsible for assisting the chef in all aspects of management. Ideal candidate will have a background in food costs, inventory, restaurant P&L, and employment law.

Line Cook
  A minimum of two years of line cook experience is required. Must be able to maintain focus under pressure. Experience in Italian cuisine is preferred.
